Dear vendor before becoming our business partner you are agreeing on appended terms and condition:

• 1. Company means correctcare Correct Care Solutions OPC Pvt. Ltd.
• 2. Company is highly dedicated towards customers and its assets safety.
• 3. Company is having Zero tolerance for any means of sexual harassments/miss behave/miss happening, theft, pilferages. In case of any these type of conduct by you, your staff or your sub partners company is authorized to canceled your registration with us without any refund and may take legal action directly or behalf/with customers.
• 4. During providing services if any loss or damage of property occur you only will be responsible and compensate to customers, in this claim company is not liable for any compassion to customer directly or with you. In case of any legal action form customers, you have to face it and company will not be responsible for the same.
• 5. By accepting and submitting these conditions you are accepting and going to insuring
• 6. In case of you if company faces any legal action then all the expenses, responsibility and legal action will be your and you are accepting these terms and condition.
• 7. By accepting and submitting above condition you are accepting that you will insure about well educate and brief to your staff about company zero tolerance sexual harassment policy and all Miss Conduct mentioned in Para 03 will attract legal action on them also.
• 8. You will maintain well grooming, discipline, curtacy and well behavior towards customer and their family members.
• 9. You will avoid approach and visit to customer location in late night and early morning until it’s not urgent.
• 10. You are agreeing on incase of any misconduct mentioned in Para 03, 04 company also can take legal action with or without customers and your registration will canceled without any refund.
• 11. You will not take any personnel information from the customer as well will not keep engaged yourself in any personnel work or information with them.
• 12. During providing our services you will not promote other company product.
• 13. At the time of registration and document verification or letter if any information find worn or fake you registration with company will be canceled d registration amount will not be refunded. Recharge amount will be refunded with deduction of 20%.
• 14. In case any legal action the jurisdiction will be Indore M.P. only.
• 15. In case of frailer all above terms and condition may attract legal action against you.
• 16. If you have any criminal record please does not register yourself with us. And if in future find the same then company has right to take necessary action against you. Your registration will be canceled and registration amount will not be refund and recharge will be return with 20% deduction. And if company face any legal issue then you will be liable for all expenses and other liabilities.
• 17. Please note there may be in future terms and condition will be review and add for what you will be informed on our website as well application or any mean of social media platform.
• 18. You can register you self (direct vendor) with us by paying 500 INR. Then you have to recharge your account with minimum of 1000 INR. These charges may be modify or increase on time to time basis.
